Sorry, I had to start off that way! That's right, you heard it here first:  INSANITY BARS.  Not at all like Insanity the workout...in fact, I'd argue that they are significantly more enjoyable! I mean, just take a gander at these babies!  At the bottom you have a layer of sugar cookie with toffee bits, in the middle is a peanut butter cookie layer, and at the top is a layer of chocolate chip cookie! Good morning everyone! How are y'all doing this fine Wednesday morning? :) Last night's community group was so fun; it was great to hang out with close friends and just have a great time celebrating life together!  Nate and I were up for dinner, and we made spaghetti with meat and veggie sauce, salad, garlic bread, and cookies for dessert! I was a bad blogger today :( My smoothie from this morning held me over until about 2:00pm (!!!), but my lunch break wasn't until 3, and we didn't have any food at the office.  So for 60 minutes (that's a long time in the life of a foodie, my friends!)
