Easiest Dinner Ever

All I have to say right now is THANK GOODNESS for Foodbuzz and Hickory Farms because after our Thanksgiving festivities were said and done and there was no food to be found in the house we had the easiest dinner known to man.

As a member of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program I was lucky enough to be one of the recipients of this lovely box of cheese, summer sausage, and mustard.  And thanks to Nate’s endless cracker love we had the best accompaniment we could ask for!

We had a hefty sampling of the Jalapeno Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar, Turkey Summer Sausage, Beef Summer Sausage, and Cranberry and Sweet Hot Mustards.  AMAZING.  I have to say I never really like summer sausage that much, but it now tastes incredible.

I can’t wait to eat dinner again 🙂

As part of this amazing gift we’ve been asked to say who deserves a little extra appreciation this holiday, and I have to say that my parents are it.  This has been a difficult year after losing my Papa and there are not words to express how appreciate I am of all the love and patience that they’ve shown us all!

Hickory Farms has always been a staple at my in-laws, and now a staple for me. And there is never any left-overs.

I got this same package but I was saving it to give as a Christmas present. 😉 Every year we give my aunt and uncle a Hickory Farms basket so this worked perfect.
