Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars

Easy Spanish Rice

I mean, there's no real heavy lifting involved.  No intense cardio (except my own elevated heartbeat from sheer nerves).  But all of that mid-section twisting really threw my abs for a loop!
