I Had a Dream…

Angie is on Faces of Beauty today with an amazing story!

I had a dream that I created an incredible dessert with a shortbread crust you make with ease in a food processor…

…and there were many, many eggs involved.

In my dream I used semi-ridiculous amounts of brown sugar to make this decadent dessert…

…and ‘seasonal ingredients’ like chocolate and pecans were in there too.

Unfortunately my dream turned out like this, thus turning it into a nightmare.  A tasty, gooey, glorious nightmare.

Therefore I retired to dream some more and will have to share the recipe at a later time.

Good night!

The last pic says it all…that is exactly how I felt after a tough high school football loss under the Texas Friday Night Lights last night. We lost 🙁 and it was cold.

We all have the kitchen flops – best case scenario is when it still tastes good regardless of what it looks like. 🙂

At least you had it sitting on a baking sheet! Knowing me, I would have throw it in the oven like that then had a giant mess to clean up. 🙂
