If ever there was a girl who made me drool with her photographs, it’s Ashley from Edible Perspective. Back in the day when Foodbuzz was still a thing I went to their conference in San Francisco Ashley won an award, very much deservedly so, for her incredible food photography. And although we were friends before that, it just made me admire the hard work she puts into her recipes and photographs all the more.
See here’s the thing – there have been times that I, like almost every food blogger I know, will make something and write down the ingredients and share. No multiple tries at a recipe, no 8 batches of food, just a shared recipe that worked for me. But Ashley is a recipe developer to the core, and I so appreciate the hard work that she puts into creating the perfect gluten-free goodness that she shares so lovingly on her blog and in her book.
So when I say that you should make this smoothie and that you will totally love it, I mean it. Because if ever there was a blogger who creates amazingly flavorful and beautiful recipes, it’s Ashley. And because I love you guys I just had to share her with you!
