Morning everyone! This is gonna be a short one since it snowed last night and I’m driving my Corolla into Denver for the SIA Snowsports Show (I told Nate to take the Jeep, it’s totally my fault). This is NOT the picture I wanted to post, but I haven’t eaten breakfast and didn’t really have anything else on the camera that I didn’t post last night already 🙂

In other quick news, I did do that workout last night, it kicked my tail, and I immediately felt better about myself afterwards! Note to self: workout when you are mad about food choices (not as punishment). I immediately was happier and much more pleasant afterwards!

What’s your favorite lunch in the whole wide world? I’d do pizza anyday, but wouldn’t mind a huge salad or awesome sandwich either 🙂
Poached Eggs. I can never have them at work so it’s a good weekend lunch.
I usually end up making them for dinner when my husband is out. I did that last night, in fact!

My favorite lunch in the whole wide world? Basque lunch at Woolgrowers in my hometown. Total gluttony but totally wonderful.

My favorite lunch is some sort of turkey sandwich with everything in it and cream of mushroom soup. YUM!
my favorite lunch is Peanut Butter (or any kind of nut butter for that matter) Banana and Honey on Whole Grain Bread (I can’t seem to remember the specific kind of bread I have in mind but it has purple on the package lol)…you have to make the sandwich earlier in the day so that the honey has time to soak into the bread….oh my goodness, it is absolutely amazingly delicious!!!!!! I also like to add an apple or some veggies on the side (maybe veggie chips if I need something crunchy) and then a Crystal Light Mango Green Tea package in my water bottle…..mmmmm nothing but amazing 🙂
