Hey guys! So glad you liked the post from this morning about our trip to California…it was definitely a blast and we’d love to go back sometime soon!
Today was your typical Thursday…
I had a typical, random lunch (1/3 of a burger and roasted veggies, carrots, and flame-grilled potatoes in the cup):
Read through my typical blogs…
Drank the typical 3 Liters of water…
Took my typical lunchtime walk…
Watched Keira as she performed her typical shenanigans…
And am now dreaming of our typical Thursday night activities: cooking, cleaning up, and settling in for the typically awesome Thursday night shows! But you know what? This is the first week we’ve had in the past month where we don’t have something going on at least 5 out of the 7 nights a week, so typical sounds pretty darn nice 🙂

Random question: what’s your FAVORITE dessert in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD? Or, if you can’t pick a favorite, what would you want to eat for dessert right now, TONIGHT?! I have a ton of favorites, and as I said today I’m a huge tiramisu lover, but tonight I feel like either a Blizzard or a lemon bar. Or a lemon bar Blizzard…you know, whatever 🙂

We are doing some research on pricing for our photography business. If you’re married I’d love it if you emailed (email to heathersdish@gmail.com) me the total you spent on photography at your wedding, what you got out of the package (i.e. photo album, prints, CD, etc), and if you felt like the price was good for what you got! Your dog. I went “AAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!” when I saw the pic. Woke my cat up. She’s not happy.
“What’s your favorite dessert” is so not a fair question. I’ve basically never met a sweet I didn’t like. Right now I really want something spongey and creamy and chocolatey.
Favourite dessert? impossible to choose. But right now I would eat a sorbet, or many 😀

Favorite dessert…oh that is HARD! I am a pie lover! I would chose either apple or pecan pie! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I can’t eat it anymore, but it was Olive Garden’s Black Tie Mousse Cake. OMG. Now I would say it is a warm fudgy GF brownie with vanilla ice cream… or a warm GF chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. (Clearly I have a warm dessert + vanilla ice cream thing.)
I’m not a dessert fan…so my desserts tend to be more savory, I suppose. I love grilled cheese sandwiches, stuffed with amazing cheese and fruit…or a chewy Korean rice cake, stuffed with pumpkin or red beans…or the Singaporean peanut pancake!
Hey! You read my mind (just posted about dessert today: https://mylifeinapyramid.com/2010/05/13/sherifs-homemadebanana-bread-pudding/). I also looove tiramisu (probably my favorite – I’d love to learn how to make it), my grandma’s rice pudding, and anything with dark chocolate – yum!!

Favorite dessert…I haven’t had a real honest to goodness true dessert in over a year 🙁
Since I’m gluten/lactose/casein/egg intolerant I have to make all my own variations of “dessert.”
But, if I had no food intolerances I’d choose ice cream-which I haven’t had since 1997 🙁
Icecream! Which is why I am having some tonight. 😀

Not very fancy but my favorite dessert is pretty much any kind of chewy cookie. I am a cookie monster and cannot ever resist them!!!
