Plate ‘O’ Pork

I’m a little late with this post, but let’s be honest here:  this is what I would like for breakfast every day of my life.  With extra gravy.

Please and thank you.

Our last morning in Little Rock was spent at Nate’s Mimom’s house, where we were served with amazingly low-sugar baked fruit, biscuits, bacon gravy, and…

…PORK!!! Ham, bacon, and sausage to be exact.

And while we’re being honest here I think it’s fair to say that I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t love at least one of these for breakfast.  Well, unless you’re vegetarian.  Or vegan.  Or just don’t like pork.  But otherwise… 😉

I have to say, it was the perfect way to start a long day of driving!  Now I just need to plan out when my next plate ‘o’ pork will show up!

Agreed. I almost had a plate of sausage before work this morning until I realized the food coma that it would induce! 🙂

Sigh, reminds me of breakfasts on my aunt’s farm in Kentucky. Goodness, I miss that woman. Enjoy the next leg of your trip!
