I {heart} Maui!

Aloha again!  We just got back into the Denver/Boulder area this morning after 16 hours of travel and 2 hours of sleep!  I’m telling you, feel sorry for Nate right about now.  Me + little sleep = one very interesting travel companion.

There are times when you travel to a place and, regardless of location or lifestyle or culture, it just feels like home.  Like you’ve lived there forever and could live there forever and ever amen.

Maui is that place for Nate and myself.  It’s where we traveled for our honeymoon and seriously looked into selling our return tickets.  It’s where we feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy.  It’s where even the humidity doesn’t kill us, but rather makes us thankful for the ocean breeze and cool nights.

Over the coming days/weeks I’m going to share little bits about our trip in the afternoon posts.  From places to eat, things to do, and the best places to stay, I want to be able to share the things that I love about Maui – and, quite frankly, make you want to start planning your next vacation!  I’m so thankful that I have the chance to share about a place I truly love with PEOPLE that I love!

Till tomorrow, aloha!
