Hello hello everyone!  It’s been a busy day of photo shoots today, and we’re off to do a shoot for the fabulous WillPower & Grace team.  If you’ve never tried this workout, you really need to.  It will kill your legs, abs, and upper body and just feels good to do!

Catch y’all in the morning with some breakfast, and happy Saturday to all 🙂

If you haven’t tried Willpower & Grace you should because it is amazing. I’ve been doing it for about 6 months and am totally addicted. It is done barefoot which is very cool. It is probably one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a while! Just beware you WILL be very sore for a few days after the first time you do it.

What exactly do they do in these workouts, and how long are they? If my abs turned out like the lady in the photos I’d be ok with that 🙂 Love you sister!

      Salah,
You actually really should do the workout! I teach it and I’m currently in the midst of assisting with development of the program for athletes … its amazing! Wish I would have had it when I played vball for foundational strength and body awareness.

You have mentioned this before and it sounds wonderful, though I have not tried it yet. A friend of mine has and loved it!
