I never really thought that a gluten free cake could taste as good as regular ol’ flour-filled cake, let alone better, but I was wrong. This cake is amazing! It’s dense and sweet, and is reminiscent of a vanilla pound cake. Not to mention it’s super simple to make, requiring just a few ingredients. A lot of times gluten free cakes require a lot of different kinds of flours, but this one just takes almond flour. So easy! And budget friendly too!
