Anyway, so first of all I have to tell you that Laurie. She is amazing. She is incredible. Her food is what dreams are made of. And I’m pretty sure that Heaven will be filled with the recipes from her blog. How’s that for descriptive? But really, she’s so inspired and such a lovely gal – it’s really no wonder such a fabulous smoothie recipe would come from her blog!
So here’s the thing: since peach season is clearly not year-round you can always use frozen peaches; I do all the time. BUT I will say that if you can get a great big box of local peaches during peach season and just spend a day peeling and slicing them, you can certainly fill your freezer with amazing summer peach flavor for just pennies. I’m drooling already!
This smoothie. I made it yesterday, and y’all – I’m totally making it for breakfast today as well. And all I’m saying is that I’d recommend you do the same 😉
