Fences

It makes me really sad to think that both of my puppies lived behind fences like this at some point in their lives.  It also makes me sad to think of the fences that I built up around MY life with my disordered eating.

If you have built up fences in your life, I would challenge you to break them down and live…you only have one shot, give it everything you have!

NO MORE FENCES!

here here! I’m working on my negative thoughts and moving from a pattern of binge/restrictive eating to intuitive eating. It’s only been a few days since I’ve went full force, but it is so liberating!

When I hear Fences, I think of Garth Brook’s CD…funny how a random picture can trigger such varying thoughts. 🙂 Great pic!

Hey Heather, I’m a relatively new reader, but I love the blog (your random sense of humor, your gorgeous pictures, etc.). This post was so good – I love the encouragement to break down fences/walls! Something I’m pursuing, too, with God’s help!
