Big Prayers Needed

Jeremiah 17:7Good morning sweet friends!  I hope this weekend has been amazing for you all!  I know that it has been really nice to have Nate home more than usual around here, and we finally got around to some projects that we’ve been meaning to get done for a while.  That plus lots of fun pool time and good food – we are blessed indeed!

I just wanted to put a couple of things out there for you guys if and when you’re praying over the next few days.  I know I have amazing and incredibly encouraging readers who care and love so well and so deeply, so here it is:

  1. Back in March I mentioned that our friend Andrew is facing some intensely challenging moments in his second battle with cancer, and I have to admit I’m terrified every day that we’ll hear sad news.  In all honesty I pray for a massive miracle that I know only the Lord can provide, but at the root of it all I want him and his amazing (and I do mean amazing) wife and daughter to be taken care of.  I want them to enjoy one another and rejoice in the love of God and the faith they all share.  I hope that you guys will join me in praying big time for Andrew.  Additionally he is an amazing author and has a few books available on his site that I would recommend to anyone!
  2. Big news:  we’ve put our house in Colorado on the market!  I’m having a really hard time getting over myself and my worry and just trusting that God will provide the right buyer(s) to take over that beloved house.  It’s silly when I think about it because we were in an even bigger bind last year when we were going to rent it out, and yet everything was taken care of infinitely better than I could ever have imagined.  I have no doubt that the same thing will happen now, but with financial deadlines looming I can get a little worried at times rather than really working to live out Jeremiah 17:7.

There you have it – just two things, but 2 very big things that I would be so blessed if you guys could help me cover in prayer.  Thank you for being so amazing and such lights in my life!

Love y’all,

Heather

It hurts my heart that Andrew seems to be getting worse. I will keep him in my prayers. I know that God has a plan for you and your house will be safe hands. Godspeed Heather!
