Fredericksburg, Texas is home to some of the cutest shops and one of the best small-town downtowns I’ve ever been too. But nothing matches the store (and I can’t remember the name of it now) that is on the main street that has mustards, sauces, pickles, mixes, and all sorts of goodies that you can taste all.day.long.
That’s where we first discovered Pepper Springs Roasted Garlic Dip, and have been craving it ever since. The package says to mix with 16 oz of sour cream, but I went the Greek yogurt route because it means I can eat more 🙂 Seriously, check out their site and buy some of the dip mixes today. You won’t be sorry you did!

I love Fredericksburg! My family has a reunion just outside of it every year in August, and between meals a lot of us drive to a country store down the street to buy BUSHELS of peaches. Mmm, makes me want some peach cobbler/pie right now!

I just google mapped it and I’m 4 hours and 45 minutes away! Do you recommend a long weekend road trip? Would there be enough to see/do for a day or two?
