Dinner Last Night

Last night for dinner we had the simplest, most delicious meal in 20 minutes.  We just grilled some shrimp on skewers dressed with a little Old Bay seasoning, and on the side made a boxed wild rice with some sauteed onions, carrots, and peas.

Now if only doing laundry were so simple.  Am I right or am I right?!

I love it when quick meals taste like they took forever to make!

the best thing about shrimp is that all they need is a little heat and they bring the flavor and taste so fresh!
i love simple dinners, although i normally stick with boring ol chicken, i should branch out and do some seafood too!
