This recipe isn’t new. In fact I’m basically recycling it. BUT WAIT! Don’t go! The reason is because it is seriously crazy good and seriously crazy easy. And I can’t not share it again when I know we all need a quick meal that rocks.
I’ve been really working on making fast, healthy and hearty meals lately because when I spend time in the kitchen I really have to make it count. I have a crazy climbing toddler and a baby that loves to be held, and so if there’s anything I’ve learned from them it’s that I can’t take the time to do anything super intensive in the kitchen right now. So 20 minutes flat to a comforting dish I can serve with fish or veggies (or both)? Sold.
