When I made this super yummy sandwich for the Arkansas Farm Bureau I knew exactly how I was going to do it – but nothing could have prepared me for how supremely delicious it would be. Over the past couple of weeks I’ve made this baby no less than 3 times a week, and don’t see that slowing down anytime soon!
With this super cozy weather we’re getting in Arkansas today I’m pairing mine with some homemade chicken noodle soup and a cup of my favorite tea on the planet. Cheers to all of you, and I hope you try this beauty out for yourself!
What a great idea! I love broccoli and cheddar but never would have thought to put broccoli in a sandwich. 🙂
Heck yes! There’s a little tavern near us that makes a broccoli cheddar grilled cheese and it’s AMAZING. I definitely need to try this.
