Apparently I was really feeling the cookies & cake for February’s ChefMom recipes! Thank goodness Nate’s office enjoys (or at least pretends to enjoy) the crazy bombardment of sweet treats – I think I’d weigh a million pounds if that wasn’t the case! I hope y’all enjoy these yummy cookie recipes – the Bailey’s one is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

I checked out the Bailey’s recipe, is that 1/3 cup or 1/3 of a bottle. I think it might work either way… 😀

All I can think about now are those Baileys cookies!!! Cannot wait to make them (if I can spare any of my Baileys, lol).
