Exactly How I Make a Rockstar Cup of Bulletproof Coffee

Good morning y’all! I have had SO MANY questions about my bulletproof coffee and how I make it that I thought it would be best to show you guys via video all the details. Like I said I’m not the expert in every single bit of science but I do know that a higher fat diet has been shown to reduce several of the issues that run in my family, so I’m going with it. I know that I feel a lot more alert and not nearly as hungry after having a mug of this goodness in the morning! Easy, delicious, and a great way to satisfy the ol’ sweet tooth without loading up on carbs. I hope y’all enjoy!

 

ROCKSTAR BULLETPROOF COFFEE

Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 12 oz hot brewed coffee
• 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter (I like Kerrygold)
• 1-3 teaspoons MCT oil (I like Onnit; you could also use coconut oil)
• 6 drops of liquid stevia
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• dash of cinnamon

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
2. Alternatively you could use an immersion blender or even just whisk everything together and drink!
