Fall is Here

At least in my world.  Who cares if it’s in the 90’s all day every day?  Who cares if college football has yet to start? (OK, I care on that one.)  Who cares if it’s not even September yet?

Our house smells like oranges and cinnamon and warmth (not just the heat kind).  It’s fall.

I totally agree that a great candle can set the tone for the season. Of course, here in Central Texas, we only have two seasons: Summer and Not Summer (anytime the temperature is less than 100 degrees). My favorite summer candle that I just gifted to my mother-in-law yesterday for her b-day is from Capri Blue in “Volcano” https://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/catalog/productdetail.jsp?id=39076&navAction=jump&navCount=
My favorite Not Summer candle is from Votivo in “Red Currant” https://www.amazon.com/Votivo-Aromatic-Candle-Red-Currant/dp/B000V8BO0Q

Fall is my absolute favorite. I am getting SO excited right now, just thinking about the long-sleeved shirts, cool mornings, and the SMELL. Oh, how I love the smell of Fall. Thank you for announcing its arrival, because if you hadn’t, I probably would. 😉

I wish fall would get here! It’s still in the mid 90s here in Colorado. Can’t wait for it to get cooler–fall is my absolute favorite time of the year!

I love this time of year. As soon as school starts up again, I always think of cooler weather, pumpkins, and crunchy, dry leaves on the ground. I’m digging out my Fall candles too! 🙂

Fall is my favorite time of year. So many great things…birthdays, anniversary, and college football (Go Gators!). Time for me to bring out my pumpkin candles! 😉
