Well guys, the trip is almost over!  I’m so sad to have to leave, but I know it’s going to be good to get home and relax a bit before starting work again.  We’re driving from Texas to Colorado today!

I decided to fuel with some protein oats, something I haven’t had in MONTHS:

When I first started blogging everyone and their mom was eating oats all.the.time, so I did too.  Then I realized I don’t really like doing that, so I stopped…but today it just sounded good 🙂  I guess that’s what all this traveling does to me!

Hope you guys have an amazing 2nd day of 2011, and I’ll try to get back to the regularly scheduled programming tomorrow 🙂

I love me some oatmeal but since I’ve been home on break I have had zero cravings for oatmeal. Very strange considering I eat it every morning (and LOVE it) at school. Your oatmeal looks amazing!!

Good fot you for doing what YOU want. I feel that way about Larabars. I think those are NASTY and I just never could get on the blogger bandwagon with those things. I tried but in the end I was like these sucks! haha!

I eat oats almost every day. They are a great vessel for massive amounts of nut butter 😉

    Have a safe trip!

I feel the same way about oats, and other things that bloggers eat. Used to make me feel guilty for not eating the same way but everyone is different! No guilt allowed here anymore 😉

Safe travels! I could eat oats every day and be absolutely okay with it. Actually, today when I woke up and figured out there WERE no oats, I cried a little.
