Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie from The Fresh Exchange Blog

Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie from The Fresh Exchange BlogAre you guys ready for an amaaaaaaaaazing recipe? A smoothie that’s not your typical milk-fruit-greens concoction (which admittedly is pretty much what I have all the time)? And are you ready for a blog that I am in loooooooooove with in so many ways?

Done and done.

Admittedly the cantaloupe in my neck of the woods isn’t quite the candy-sweet that it will be soon enough, so I did have to add a bit of honey (as described in the original recipe), but the flavor was unforgettable and just so refreshing. I mean really – fresh melon, fresh mint, lime juice? Does that not just scream SUMMERTIME to you?!

OK, so the smoothie is good you guys. Like, really good. But what I really adore is the blog that it comes from. Have you ever heard of The Fresh Exchange? I think I’ve pinned every single post as inspiration in one way or another – lately it’s been all over my Wanderlust Pinterest board for Mike & Megan‘s trip through Portugal and Spain. Everything about their blog is beautiful and filled with adventure, which I love, and their design studio is kind of what I dream of using for a blog redesign some day.

In short, if you’re looking for a great smoothie recipe and a beautiful place to spend time online, The Fresh Exchange is exactly where to find it!
