Always Good

Hebrews13:8

I read this verse yesterday and can’t seem to get it out of my head.

I feel like this is a good thing – you know, it’s not like Taylor Swift continuously singing some version of “never” or “ever” a million times over and over again.  It’s the word of God, the promise that no matter how inconsistent I get, God is always the same.

He always loves.
He is always faithful.
He is always gracious.
He always understands.
He always wants me.
He always thinks I’m beautiful.
He always cares.
He is always perfect.

So no matter what – even if I don’t finish the long list of to-dos that I have for this weekend, even if I never become rich and famous in this blogging endeavor, even if I mess up as a wife and mother (which, unfortunately, happens daily) – God is always the same, and he is always with me to the very end.

I can’t imagine living without that hope, and I pray that all of you know that same truth today!

My sweet friend, you are loved, always and forever.  Have a fabulous weekend!

Much love,

Heather
