I lost.ย  ๐Ÿ™

Yes, it’s true, I am of the “A” camp for the Great Toilet Paper Debate!ย  But to be fair, that’s how my sister and I grew up.ย  When Nate and I were dating, I would go over to his house to hang out and would need to use the restroom sometimes.ย  Being the college boy that he was, rather than putting the toilet paper on the roll, he would just leave it on the counter next to the toilet.ย  Whenever I would use the restroom, I would put it on the way I had always put the toilet paper roll on, and then he would get on to me for doing it wrong!ย  If you ask me, just leaving it on the counter is “doing it wrong.”ย  Just sayin’ is all!ย  Nowadays I put it on with the toilet paper going over to appease my husband – so don’t y’all think he should make the bed for me?ย  Cheer him on guys!

Lunch today was pretty much an exact replay of yesterday:ย  a low & slow sweet potato with bbq sauce and and about 1/3 cup of the leftover Roasted Shrimp, Tomato, and Ricotta Linguine:

I also “snacked” on a Diet Dr. Pepper:

I was pretty full from lunch, and I know that we’re going to CostCo after work which means pizza for dinner, so I wanted to make lunch and snacktime a little lighter.ย  I walked about a mile to a great Boulder park, and read a chapter of French Women Don’t Get Fat, and then walked the mile back again.ย  Have I mentioned I love that book? I’m thinking I might compile a list of “rules” that I’m learning from it.ย  They’re not really rules, but rather suggestions on how to enjoy your food more.ย  Sound good? ๐Ÿ™‚

I know this is a lame question, but is anyone doing anything fun this weekend?ย  Dish! We’re potentially hiking and doing a bunch of yard work in this gorgeous sunny weather, and I really can’t wait!

Yes, I’m going to a wine tasting today and can’t wait! Wish I was going for a hike, but it’s too hard to get out of the city again this weekend.

I am a lazy blogger boy who puts his toilet paper ON the counter rather than on the hanger. hahaha, does this make you think less of me?!?!

We went on a bike ride this morning. The weather is awesome and I’d love to go play in the woods somewhere. Unfortunately, my bf is glued to the tv watching the Masters. YUCK! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I didn’t vote in time (your blog won’t pull up at my work for some reason!) but I’m in the over camp too. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m so jealous you are going hiking! My hubby is buried in law school books or I would drag him out. I just added that book to my wishlist – I’d love to read your “rules” from it.

No fun plans for me, unless you count sweeping and cleaning the bathroom. ๐Ÿ™‚ And I might take Maizey to the dog park. Have a great weekend girl!

hahaha, you guys are so funny. I went to the Randy Rogers concert last night, and today I attend my first mentor program spin class, then I am going to buy a plot to plant some fruits and veggies and herbs, then sand vb all day…maybe a shopping trip to find a maxi dress (cross your fingers there will be one long enough for me!) and then got this dinner thing with chad and his friends!….LOVE YOU! I wish I could be there hiking with y’all!
