Giveaway!

Beautiful Krisitina is featured on Faces of Beauty today!

It’s been a while now hasn’t it?  I love doing giveaways for you guys, but usually hold off on some of the offers I get until I find one that I would be happy to represent on the blog.

This is just one of those offers!

I talk all the time about butter and sugar and how much I love bread and cheesy pizza…but truth be told Nate and I actually eat healthfully about 95% of the time and are always on the lookout for great healthy and flavorful recipes.  So when I was recently contacted about Rocco DiSpirito’s newest book, Now Eat This!, I was pretty excited to find a lot of classically calorie-heavy dishes could be made in a lighter version.  I know the one that sounded the best to me was deep-dish pizza for just over 200 calories – y’all know this girl loves her pizza!

So what’s the giveaway you ask?

Heather’s Dish readers have been offered 2 signed copies of Now Eat This! so that you can enjoy the lighter version of recipes that you love.  You can also follow Rocco DiSpirito on Twitter to get healthy tips and recipes from the man himself.

To win a signed copy of Now Eat This! just leave a comment on this post detailing your favorite indulgent dish that you’d love to see a lighter version of. I’ll pick the two winners randomly on Friday of this week, announcing the winners Friday (November 19) evening.  Contest is open to US residents only.

Good luck guys!
