Breeseos

Say WHAT?!

Get ready to have your mind blown.  Seriously.  These aren’t made by combining chopped chocolate and cream and other fantastical ingredients.  No, my friends, these are made with brownie mix and Oreo cookies and miniature Reeses cups.  They are made with lots of sugar and lots of love.  And as stated before, they will blow your mind.

I made these two different ways and took the lazy way (i.e. pan instead of individual brownies) to work.  Like a good blogger I admitted there was no name for them and asked for ideas.  And my favorite?  Breeseos.  Brownies + Reeses + Oreos.  Obvi.

BREESEOS

  • 2 boxes brownie mix (feel free to double your own favorite from-scratch recipe, but you’re going to want to make sure the batter is fairly runny so you can spread it)
  • 1 box Oreo cookies
  • 1 bag miniature Reeses cups

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix brownies according to package directions.  Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and spray lightly with cooking spray.  Layer 1 Tbsp of batter in the bottom of each cup.  Press one whole Oreo cookie into the batter.  Layer another 1 Tbsp of batter on top of the cookies.  Press one Reeses cup into the batter.  Layer another 1 Tbsp of batter on top and make sure the whole Reeses cup is covered.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Repeat til you’re out of brownie batter!  Let cool before devouring.

All I have to say is that I’m not sorry if you make yourself sick from eating these.  But I can take a couple off your hands when you do 🙂

I made these last night with Halloween oreos (orange filling) and did half with snickers and half with reese’s. THEY.ARE.SO.GOOD!!!!! And my mind is running wild with combos (mint oreos + peppermint patties, chips ahoy + mallowcups, etc).

This is the best thing I’ve seen in so long. Except that I said “omg, brownies + reeses + oreos” to my boyfriend, to which he replied “I thought you liked to eat healthy?”

Um, these are healthy for my soul. Duh.
