What I Love About…A Southern Fairytale

What I Love About...A Southern FairytaleWhen it comes to blogging a lot of times I find out about truly fantastic bloggers through the relationships I’ve already made with other bloggers.  Rachel is one such instance – one of my blogging friends went on a trip with her last year and texted me the whole time about just how amazing this Rachel gal was.  She told me she was super sweet, that she was hilarious, that she was incredibly kind, had a beautiful heart, and that she was from Texas.

I immediately started following Rachel’s blog from the first text message, and I really can’t express how thankful I am that I did.  My blogging friend was right – Rachel certainly IS super sweet, hilarious, incredibly kind, has a beautiful heart and yes, she is from Texas – but through reading A Southern Fairytale I’ve come to find that she is so much more.  She is an amazing cook – check out all of her recipes here – a loving wife and mother, a sweet friend and one of the most generous people I’ve met online.  She is always encouraging others and shares her life and stories with both grace and humor.  Rachel is exactly the kind of blogger I want to be: creative, open, loving and encouraging to no end!

You should probably read Rachel’s blog if you’re looking for mouthwatering recipes, fun stories, Southern hospitality, encouragement, a good laugh, and an all-around uplifting and heartfelt blog.  And I think that most people would want to read and see and feel those things, so basically I guess I’m saying this: go read Rachel’s blog. 😉  Rachel, thank you for being such an incredible person whose loveliness shines through in every word you write and photo you take.  You encourage me to no end, and hopefully one day we’ll meet and hug and laugh in person!
