Kauai: Day 5 – Lappert’s

Good morning everyone!  Sadly the posts about our trip to Kauai are almost done!  The last day we spent a lot of time walking around and shopping since our check-out time was 12pm and our flight out wasn’t until 10:30pm.

What’s a girl to do?

Get ice cream.

Obviously.

Y’all, I know I say that things are mind-blowing pretty frequently.  I guess I’m just easy to please…but this is one of the BEST ice cream places I have ever tried!  I had a mix of the Kauai Pie (coffee ice cream, chocolate fudge, coconut flakes, macadamia nuts, and vanilla cake crunch) with the Kona Java (more coffee ice cream swirled with chocolate sorbet).

It’s even better than it sounds!

Nate had the Kauai Pie ice cream mixed with caramel coconut ice cream with macadamia nuts.

GASP….be still my heart!

I’ve got the final Kauai post coming later today (sniff, sniff!) but I could not be happier about being able to post about our vacation!  Memories forever 🙂

When I first started my blog, my second post was about Lappert’s! I’m a sucker for their pineapple coconut. Oh man…
