Garden cherry tomato and chicken one-skillet dinner – not vegan, I know, but delicious nonetheless!
Roasted strawberry and peach cobbler – I didn’t make this one vegan, but you can totally sub a vegan-friendly butter and almond milk! I’ve done it before and it’s just as delicious!
Summer jam palmiers – puff pastry + summer berry jam. SO GOOD.
