Liquid Snack

I just have to share this with you guys really quickly.  See, it doesn’t need a lot of words or even a great picture (clearly).  All you need to know is that this is one delicious smoothie, it’s under 250 calories (if you track that), and more than anything it’s a great and filling way to get more greens in your diet.

Make it.  I promise you won’t be disappointed!
